MEET THE ARTIST

I was born in Buenos Aires, and now live in Florida. After I moved to the U.S., I learned to create new cocktails, reinvent old-school classics, and concoct the modern drinks of today. I strive to have the best cocktails in town, and am always evolving new drink ideas by using premium ingredients. Presentation is also an important element in my cocktails and I love extravagant & well-thought-out garnishes and unique glassware.

FAVORITE BAR INGREDIENT

I chose to help develop Cream of Coconut because I use it in many delicious drink recipes. It’s a versatile ingredient that can also be used in your favorite desserts.
