Gin Gin Sour

INGREDIENTS
  • One Egg White
  • 1.5 oz Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Cocktail Artist™ Mule Mix
  • 3/4 oz Cocktail Artist™ Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Cocktail Artist™ Simple Syrup
  • Angostura Bitters
EQUIPMENT
  • Jigger
  • Shaker tin
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Mesh Strainer
  • Coupe glass
HOW TO MAKE
  1. Combine first five ingredients into the shaker tin and dry shake to mix (add no ice).
  2. Add ice to shaker tin and shake to mix. Double strain into cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with bitters.
