Hand Shaken Piña Colada

INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Cocktail Artist® Cream of Coconut
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Garnish: Toasted Pineapple Wedge
EQUIPMENT
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Rocks Glass
- Knife
HOW TO MAKE
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a Rocks glass over pebble ice.
- Garnish with a toasted pineapple wedge.
