INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Cocktail Artist® Pina Colada Mix
  • 1 oz Cocktail Artist® Lime Juice
  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Black Cherry
EQUIPMENT
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Hurricane Glass
  • Knife
HOW TO MAKE
  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into Hurricane glass over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and black cherry.
