INGREDIENTS
  • 1 oz Amaro
  • 1 oz Cynar
  • 3/4 oz Cocktail Artist™ Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Cocktail Artist™ Simple Syrup
  • Soda Water
  • 1 Orange Peel
EQUIPMENT
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Collins Glass
  • Vegetable Peeler
HOW TO MAKE
  1. Combine first four ingredients into the shaker, add ice, and shake.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel.
